SCRAMBLED TOFU

19 oz block of tofu (If you use 14 oz, just cut down on other ingredients)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp dried chives
1 Tbs McKays' Chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Recipe can be made with or without oil. With oil, saute onions in small amount oil, then add other ingredients. For oil-free, saute onion in small amount of water. If water is allowed to go dry, onions will brown, but be careful not to burn. Then add other ingredients.

Yield: 2-1/4 cups. 165 calories per cup if made without oil; 222 calories per cup if 1Tbs oil used for entire recipe, 278 calories per cup if 2 Tbs oil used for entire recipe.
